Create a video blog...instantly.

How much are you in debt? Is there someway you can work out payment plans with your creditors? Don't file BK unless it is the last resort. We filed BK 3-30-09 and have had nothing but problems. Our BK to be finalized 7-13-09. We still get calls from creditors and one credit card was sent to a collection agency in direct violation of the BK stay. We had to include our business assets and debt in the filing. Our business is a source of income and the credit has our soc sec #'s attached. The creditors cannot come after you personally for the debt but they can the business. I suggest that you talk to an attorney. There are some that give the first consult for free. Every state is different. Take the list you just listed with you and he should be able to answer you questions better than any of us can.

business bankruptcy

Ask all these questions to a bankruptcy lawyer. If they keep asking for more money, then that's a red flag.

You will pay your house payment plus the amount you are behind, if you keep the house.

You will pay in high interest later for loans, for many years, maybe even 10.

You may not get the job because of your credit.

You should contact a bankruptcy lawyer. different states have different rules. You could get bad advice on here.
